1. No Refunds

a. No Refunds for Products: At Tribal Eco Shop, we do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our platform. All sales are final.

2. Damage Claims

a. Reshipment for Damaged Products: We take the quality of our eco-friendly products seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, subject to the following conditions:

i. Video Proof Requirement: To initiate a claim for a damaged product, you must provide video proof of the unboxing process. This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the damaged item at the time of unboxing.

ii. Contacting Customer Support: Upon discovering a damaged product, please do not discard the packaging or the damaged item. Contact our customer support team at info@tribalecoshop.com or Whatsapp/Call +91 94814 48452. within 2 days of receiving the damaged product.

iii. Attach Video Evidence: Attach the video as evidence of the damage in your communication with our customer support team.

b. Evaluation and Reshipment: We will review the video proof and assess the extent of the damage. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for the reshipment of the damaged product to you. We do not offer refunds for damaged products, only replacements.
