How the products are sent to our address?
Products are sent through our shipping partner Shiprocket to the respective addresses.
How to claim for the damages or missing products?
Video of the parcel opening is mandatory. If appropriate and full video is mailed to us, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
What is the refund Policy?
We do not accept refunds once order is shipped. However damages during shipment can be claimed with video proof and we will resend the items.
How long will it take to receive the order?
It depends on the courier speed. Normally you will receive the shipment within 6-8 working days inside Karnataka. Outside Karnataka will take maximum 12 working days depending on the distance
